    I loved very careful and amazingly nice employees!

    Overall the service was friendly! Individually decorated and large room which had central heating, a safe, and multi-channel television. The breakfast was absolutely fantastic with good local products, all the food was outstanding.

    We explored the Palace of the Grand Dukes and St Anne's Church, both just a short walk away. The breakfast was a highlight, and the spa area was relaxing, although it could use a few more loungers. A great experience!

    The air conditioning in our room wasn't working effectively, a bit frustrating .

    The location was marvellous and lovely, close to bars and restaurants. The hotel was placed within 0.5 miles of the airport. Everything was excellent, even so a few employees were very rude.

    I did not think that the room we had be given suits a 5 stars hotel. It did have just windows that faced the internal lobby of the hotel, add to this that the bathroom did not have any window or a fan system: therefore we had no possibility to get fresh air. Furthermore, our room was located at the 2nd floor in an area not accessible by lift.

    Excellent location, beautiful interior of the rooms and inside the hotel.

    All hotel staff were excellent especially the front desk staff- very attentive, helpful and friendly however hotel's restaurant staff let us down. They never smiled, had an attitude, were inattentive and not friendly especially when dining at outside terrace. Hotel provides a free parking in their cortyard however it became a bit annoying having to ask every time to un/lock the barrier to let us in or out. Also, it seems like hotel shares a parking with other neighbours and some of them didn't like us parking there because in the morning it was written with a lipstick "do not park" on our front window of the car.
